Mojtaba Khamenei is in good health; Iranian diplomat claims a 7-hour-long meeting took place.

Abdolmajid Hakim Elahi, a representative of the Iranian Supreme Leader and a senior diplomat, has claimed that Mojtaba Khamenei held a 7-hour-long meeting with the Iranian President last week. He further stated that Mojtaba Khamenei is in good health and is effectively carrying out his responsibilities.

According to foreign media reports, Abdolmajid Hakim Elahi, in an interview with Indian media, dismissed speculations regarding Mojtaba Khamenei’s health. He noted that the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament had also confirmed meeting with Mojtaba Khamenei for several hours recently, and that some of his associates have likewise met with the Iranian leader.

Addressing claims that Mojtaba Khamenei did not attend his father’s funeral, the Iranian diplomat explained that he did not appear before the media due to security concerns, though he was indeed present at the funeral rites. He added that he was in Iran at the time and had also met with two of Mojtaba Khamenei’s brothers.

Separately, Abdollah Haji Sedighi, a representative of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), also affirmed that Mojtaba Khamenei is in good health, noting that he is fulfilling his leadership duties and maintains a firm grasp on national affairs.

He further warned that any act of aggression by the enemy would be met with a devastating and extraordinary response. According to him, the confrontation with Israel will continue until the stated objectives are achieved.
