The fourth match of the ODI series between Pakistan and England will take place today at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The toss is scheduled for 12:30 PM, with the match set to begin at 1:00 PM.
The Pakistani team has won both of the series’ opening matches. As part of a breast cancer awareness campaign, the national team players will take the field today wearing pink kits.
Meanwhile, national fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi is just one wicket away from reaching the milestone of 150 wickets in One Day International (ODI) cricket. Having taken 149 wickets in 79 ODIs so far, securing one more wicket will make him the fastest Pakistani fast bowler to reach the 150-wicket mark in the format. Previously, former off-spinner Saqlain Mushtaq reached the milestone of 150 wickets in 78 ODI matches, while former fast bowlers Waqar Younis and Shoaib Akhtar achieved this feat in 91 matches each.
At Gaddafi Stadium, the teams of Pakistan and England will face each other in an ODI international match after 21 years. Cricket fans are looking forward to an exciting contest between the two sides.
